Helping with Mercy Meals

If you would like to get involved with the Mercy Meals Ministry, here’s how you can do so…

Provide Premade Freezer Meals
You can make a homemade frozen meal or purchase a premade meal and bring it to the church on Sunday or during church office hours. Disposable pans are available at church, and here are the instructions for meal labeling.

Provide Gift Certificates or Financial Contributions
We welcome gift certificates from local restaurants and grocery stores! Please mail gift certificate donations to Grace Point, drop off at the church office, or place in the offering plate during Sunday worship. If you would like to make a financial contribution, please put cash in an envelope marked for Mercy Meals, put Mercy Meals in the memo line of a check.

Sign Up Online to Take a Meal
Meal needs are posted from time to time through the Grace Point Prayer Email Chain. You can open the link to these needs and sign up for a date to take a meal. If you are not receiving prayer emails and would like to, please send an email to information@gracepointsc.com.

Etc.
Can’t cook? No problem! Drivers are always welcome to pick up and deliver meals to families in need. You can also create and post TakeThemAMeal.com schedules as needs arise, and coordinate with the family in need. Coordinators are not required to prepare or deliver meals. Lastly, please join us in prayer both for the Mercy Meals Ministry as we seek to glorify God, and for the families in our community that are going through difficult times.
