Pleading for Those Around Us

November 7, 2021 Speaker: Keith Kneeshaw Series: Colossians

Passage: Colossians 4:3–4, Colossians 1:9–12

This week we will continue to look at prayer from the book of Colossians. Paul asks these people to pray for him (Col. 4:3-4) and his ministry of declaring the Gospel. In Colossians 1:9-12, Paul prays that God will fill them "with the knowledge of his will" so that they would "walk in a manner worthy of the Lord." But what characterizes living in a worthy manner? Colossians 3:3 gives us insight into the life we are called to live.

Notes:
1) For God's Hand on Their Lives
2) For Their Maturity in Christ
3) For the Life of Christ to Develop in Them
