At this point in Acts, Paul has returned to Jerusalem and was arrested soon after his return. Acts 21:27-22:29 describes the circumstances of his arrest and Paul's defense. He retells his encounter with Jesus that led to his conversion. This meeting with Jesus transformed his life and set his life in a different direction. He would now "be a witness for [Jesus] to everyone of what you seen and heard." For us, once we truly experience Jesus, we long to tell of what we have seen and heard as well.
