Joshua 4:1–24
Remember that the Lord is Mighty

One author once said that "the greatest enemy of faith may be forgetfulness." We can look back to the history of Israel and see that play out. We can look to the histories of many nations of antiquity, and perhaps even our own and see it as well. However, it might be no more prevalent than in our own lives. The Lord knows how prone we are to forgetfulness, and daily calls his people to remember his might and his works. In Joshua 4:1-24, we will see how God graciously commands his people to an act of remembrance because he knows them, and knows their need to not forget his provision, his power, and his love. Join us this Sunday as we remember the works of the Lord, and worship him.
