2 Corinthians 4:7–18
The Gospel for Eeyore

Do you look at the negative most often in a situation? Do you subscribe to Murphy's Law ("Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.")? Do you often find yourself saying, "It is what it is"? If so, you may need to hear The Gospel for Eeyore. He's the lovable character from the Winnie the Pooh stories who typically sees the worst in any circumstance and lacks hope that it will ever get better. The Gospel has much to say to the various ways that we adopt a mindset similar to Eeyore's. Check out this sermon as we unpack 2 Corinthians 4:7-18, encouraging us to "not lose heart" because the trials of this life are not the end of the story.
