We hear comments like this all the time where people say, "I found God." We all know what they are saying, but is it accurate? Did we find him or did he find us? In Romans, the Apostle Paul wrote that "no one seeks for God." Since nobody is seeking for God, he must be the one seeking for his people. As we near Christmas Day, we must remember that Jesus said, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10). He was the one that found us, not the other way around. And when he found us, he saved us. Since we weren't seeking him, that's the only way any one of us could be saved. Join us on Sunday as we explore Jesus' intentional pursuit of his people.
