Romans 15:4–14
Advent: Hope

We will begin an Advent series which will track along with the various candles that we light to mark the weeks leading up to Christmas. Each candle represents a particular theme of the results of Jesus' birth (hope, peace, joy, and love), and it culminates in the lighting of the Christ Candle which is in the middle of the Advent wreath. We will begin by looking at Romans 15:4-13 and the hope that God gives to his people. Watch as we see how the arrival of Jesus into this world connects to his people's hope.

Notes:
1) Hope is Rooted in a Person
2) Hope Implies Waiting
3) Hope Impies Suffering
4) Hope Implies a Glorious Unfolding
